This project is still very much in its infancy. As I have detailed in my hobbies section, in 2023 I was first mate on an expedition sailing boat that sailed into the Arctic through Greenland. Now, for the summer of 2026, I am captain on the same boat, sailing again toward the Arctic through Canada.

As captain of the boat, I now have a much greater set of responsibilities. I have to fully prepare the boat, as this will be the boat's first trip since 2023, create the trip routes and scheduling, and ensure the boat is always prepared and everyone is safe. This being my first time captaining a boat this large and for a trip this long (likely 4-5 months), I’m admittedly nervous. That being said, I’m extremely excited for the opportunity and aim to minimize any nervousness with proper preparation.
