Today we woke up for a lazy day in Hebron. Everyone except Nathan, who was still asleep, went ashore to walk around while I got my chance to kick around the boat and tidy up with no one else aboard until Nathan woke about halfway through. When everyone came back, they told me that they actually got to have breakfast with Noah and the other inhabitants of Hebron, which I was a bit sad to miss. Afterward, we got ready to move on to one of the places Nathan had been looking to go to for the whole trip: Mugford Tickle. The sail down to Mugford Tickle was quick and uneventful, with the wind doing what it seemed to always do at this point: blow straight on the nose. We spotted Bishop's Mitre, which was a 3,000 ft mountain that grew straight out of the water to form a portion of the northern shore of the tickle (a narrow passage of water between the mountains). It wasn't quite as narrow as we had been hoping, but was still very pretty, especially as the sun set off the bow. Having made it through the tickle, we pulled into a small cove at the western edge of the chain of mountains that was capped off on the eastern side by Bishop's Mitre. Just before bed, Nathan posed to us not if we wanted to try and climb Bishop's Mitre, but when we wanted to get up. Nathan's suggestion was 4 am to maximize our time, but Helene pointed out that she didn't want to meet a bear in the dark, so we agreed upon a 6:00 am departure.
